What to Send Us
For most residential jobs we can quote from photographs. A clear wide shot of the area, a close-up of the damage, and a close-up of the surrounding texture in natural light is usually everything we need. Rough measurements help. For ceiling work and larger projects we will come out and look in person.
Before You Call
How fast will I hear back?
Within 2 business hours during our working hours. Messages that arrive overnight or on Sunday get answered first thing the next working morning. If you need someone urgently, calling is always faster than the form.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free and provided in writing with the scope, materials, finish level and price itemized. We do not give a verbal number and revise it upward later.
Can you quote from photos?
For most residential repairs, yes. Send a wide shot, a close-up of the damage and a close-up of the surrounding texture in natural light. Ceiling work, water damage and larger installations usually need an in-person look, because the extent is rarely what it appears from a photograph.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes, and we do not carry a minimum-day charge on residential patching. A single doorknob hole is a legitimate job. If you have several small repairs, batching them into one visit is much better value than separate call-outs.
